We have Forum Categories for General Support and Site Feedback; in the footer of the website we also have a ‘Support’ link to a support system that allows you to create a support ticket.
So, when should you post an issue on the Forum and when should you submit a Support ticket?
Please submit a Support ticket when:
a. You have a problem with your account, and you need to contact a Get Gosu administrator privately.
b. You have found a bug on the site that needs to be fixed ASAP.
c. Your tournament has experienced an error.
Please post to the Forum when:
a. You are not experiencing a particular error or bug, but you do not understand something about the site, and you believe the community can help you out.
b. You want to provide feedback about the site and discuss it with other members of the Get Gosu Community.
c. You have ideas and suggestions about the site layout, design, or features.
