If at least one member of your participant is not connected to your assigned game server at any point during your match, you are marked as ‘Absent.’ Being marked ‘Absent’ means that you forfeit the match, the match is not played out any further, the game server that you were allocated is torn down, and your opponent is granted an automatic ‘Win’ (your opponent is granted an automatic ‘Win’ even if you had been beating them in score at the time that you went ‘Absent’).
